The stone sand shaping production line is generally divided into three stages: coarse crushing stage, fine crushing stage, and sand making stage.
Rough crushing stage:
Rough crushing usually uses a jaw crusher. The material is uniformly and continuously sent to the feed inlet of the jaw crusher, and the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, exerting a huge squeezing force on the pebbles, causing them to be crushed into larger blocks. At this stage, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the feeding speed to avoid overloading the crusher. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the jaw plates and replace severely worn ones in a timely manner to ensure the crushing effect.
Fine crushing stage:
Fine crushing generally uses a cone crusher. After rough crushing, the material is sent to the cone crusher. Under the action of the eccentric sleeve, the cone crushing wall impacts, squeezes, and bends the material, further crushing it into smaller particles. At this stage, the discharge port size of the cone crusher needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the discharge particle size. Moreover, it is necessary to closely monitor the operating status of the equipment to ensure that parameters such as oil temperature and pressure are normal.
Sand making stage:
The sand making process often uses impact crushers (sand making machines). The finely divided material enters the sand making machine and is crushed into sand by the impact force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller. The sand making machine can produce finished sand with uniform particle size and good particle shape. During operation, it is necessary to control the feeding amount and feeding speed reasonably to ensure the sand making effect and stable operation of the equipment.
