Mudstone Separation Project

Release time: 2024-07-27

The working principle of heavy screening in the mud and rock separation project is very ingenious. It mainly relies on vibration motors to generate strong power. Under the action of the motor, the sieve body undergoes periodic reciprocating vibration in the direction of the excitation force, creating necessary conditions for material screening.
The movement of materials on the sieve surface is diverse and orderly. When the material is placed on the sieve surface, it will be subjected to the impulse transmitted by the sieve box on the inclined sieve surface, resulting in continuous throwing motion. Due to the inclination and vibration of the screen surface, materials will produce different trajectories during their movement based on their own size and shape. Particles smaller than the sieve size will pass through and fall to the lower layer, achieving effective separation of mud and rock.
Meanwhile, the sieve shaft of the heavy screen is uniquely designed to operate in different directions. When the material is running in a high direction, the speed is faster; In areas where the running direction is low, the speed is relatively slow. This speed difference enables the material to unfold more fully on the screen surface, improving the accuracy and efficiency of screening.
In addition, the rollers of the heavy screening are equipped with irregular wear-resistant devices, which can lift large particle materials to move forward, further optimizing the screening effect. The material continuously rolls and jumps on the sieve surface, ultimately achieving precise separation of mud and rock.
In short, through clever vibration driving and scientific material movement methods, heavy screening has achieved efficient and precise separation of debris and stone.
