Working Principle

The screening structure of the tracked mobile screening station is scientifically and reasonably designed. It is usually composed of multiple layers of screen mesh and can be flexibly configured according to different screening needs. For example, for materials that require fine screening, finer mesh screens can be chosen; For the screening of large materials, a coarser sieve can be used. The material and structure of the screen mesh have been carefully designed to have good wear resistance and impact resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation. During the screening process, materials can be evenly distributed on the screen, improving the accuracy and efficiency of screening. In addition, the inclined screener is equipped with anti clogging devices, effectively avoiding the occurrence of screen clogging and ensuring the continuity of screening work.
