Dual-core Jaw Crusher
Two almost identical movable jaws are arranged in a "V" shape with rotational symmetry (the tooth plates of the two movable jaws are exactly the same and can be used interchangeably). When the raw material enters the jaw crusher entrance, the upright movable jaw provides the maximum crushing stroke and crushing force through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is gradually crushed and falls to the discharge port. The inverted movable jaw also provides the maximum crushing stroke and crushing force through the eccentric shaft at the discharge end, so that the raw material can be subjected to complete crushing work during the entire extrusion and crushing process to achieve a super large crushing ratio.
The two rotationally symmetrical movable jaws are connected by belts to transmit power to achieve synchronization. When the eccentric shaft rotates 90 degrees, the two movable jaws move to both sides of the center line of the "V" cavity at the same time. Then rotate 180 degrees. In this process, the two movable jaws move to the center line of the "V" cavity. This process realizes the crushing of the raw material. After that, the 90-degree eccentricity returns to the starting point to realize a complete crushing movement cycle.
