Working Principle

Crawler-type mobile multi-cylinder cone crushers produce excellent particle shape in the crushed products. By utilizing a specially designed crushing chamber based on the principle of intergranular lamination and matching rotational speed, selective crushing of materials is achieved. This significantly increases the proportion of fine materials and the cube content in the product while greatly reducing the amount of needle-like materials.

Moreover, the cone crusher boasts a high crushing ratio and production efficiency. By combining a higher rotational speed with a longer stroke, the rated power and throughput capacity of the crusher are significantly improved, further enhancing the crushing ratio and overall efficiency.

Application

The tracked cone crusher is mainly used for the following purposes:
