Working Principle
SC-85D Mobile VSI Sand Making Machine is a crawler-mounted vertical shaft sand making unit that utilizes a high-speed impact crushing mechanism to process various materials into fine aggregates. At its core is a vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher, which operates by accelerating material through a rapidly spinning rotor. The material is then thrown outward at high speed against a surrounding crushing chamber, where it collides with either anvil blocks (“rock-on-steel”) or other material particles (“rock-on-rock”), effectively achieving crushing and shaping in one process.
Feed materials enter through the central feed port, with the option for dual-feed (central and peripheral). Inside the rotor, centrifugal force propels them outward at high velocity. After impact and fragmentation, the resulting aggregates pass through a screening system that separates the material into different size ranges.
SC-85D Mobile VSI Sand Making Machine offers a choice between full electric drive or a diesel-electric dual power system. It features automatic start-up and remote control capabilities, meeting the demands of complex job site conditions. The crawler-type chassis delivers strong off-road performance, allowing the equipment to move flexibly between different work locations and carry out on-site sand making operations efficiently.

- Single Power Version: Requires an external power supply when crushing stones, suitable for job sites with stable electricity.
- Dual Power Version: More versatile. When a stable power supply is not available, the machine can operate directly with diesel.
