Working Principle

SE-1160 heavy duty mobile jaw crusher from Suhman is built for high-capacity primary crushing tasks, equipped with a large-format jaw crusher integrated onto a crawler chassis. It uses a time-tested mechanical compression method: bulk materials are fed into a deep crushing chamber where a powerful eccentric shaft drives the moving jaw to oscillate against a fixed jaw. As the material is trapped between the two, it is broken down through repeated compressive forces.

SE-1160 is designed for heavy-duty performance, featuring a reinforced frame, a large feed opening, and high crushing force. The hydraulic system allows quick and precise adjustment of the discharge setting, while the automatic lubrication and overload protection mechanisms ensure safe, low-maintenance operation under continuous load.

Application

SE-1160 is ideally suited for large-scale material handling and first-stage crushing in harsh environments. It performs exceptionally well with tough materials such as hard rock, large granite blocks, iron ore, and construction demolition debris. Its tracked mobility enables flexible movement across rugged terrain, making it suitable for remote mining operations, large quarry sites, and high-volume infrastructure projects.

1. Single Power Version & Dual Power Version

SE-1160 Heavy Duty Mobile Jaw Crusher is available in two versions: Single Power and Dual Power.

  • Single Power Version: Requires an external power supply when crushing stones, suitable for job sites with stable electricity.
  • Dual Power Version: More versatile. When a stable power supply is not available, the machine can operate directly with diesel.

2. Engine

  • Standard Configuration: Equipped with a branded engine meeting China National III emission standard.
  • Optional Upgrades: Can be upgraded to China Stage IV, EPA Tier 4, or Euro V engines to comply with local environmental regulations.

Service & Support
