Working Principle
Suhman SE-650D versatile mini mobile jaw crusher operates using a mechanical compression process tailored for small to medium-scale crushing needs. It features a compact jaw crushing unit mounted on a fully mobile tracked chassis. When materials are fed into the chamber, the eccentric shaft drives the moving jaw in a dynamic arc toward the fixed jaw, applying compressive force to break the material into smaller sizes.
Designed for flexibility and simplicity, the SE-650D incorporates hydraulic systems for adjusting the discharge setting and for foldable components during transport. It supports efficient fuel consumption, low noise levels, and smooth operation in variable conditions, making it suitable for rapid deployment and quick start-up on different job sites.
Application
In various mines, SE-650D versatile mini mobile jaw crusher is used for preliminary crushing of large ore blocks extracted, breaking them into smaller particle sizes for subsequent transportation and further processing. For example, in coal mining, large pieces of raw coal are crushed to facilitate subsequent washing and transportation.
At the quarry, large pieces of stone are crushed into particles suitable for producing building aggregates, such as crushed stone, sand, etc. Jaw crushers are important primary crushing equipment for aggregate preparation used in concrete production.
