Working Principle
SS‑J7018 Modular Inclined Vibrating Screening Plant is equipped with a three-deck inclined vibrating screen. Material is evenly fed onto the screen via a conveyor belt, and the screen vibrates under the action of excitation devices to separate particles by size. Fine particles pass through the screen mesh and are collected below, while coarser particles slide down each deck. Each screen deck corresponds to a different size range, and multiple discharge conveyors transport the sorted material to stockpiles. The system can simultaneously produce four different sizes of aggregate. Its modular structure allows for easy assembly and maintenance, making it suitable for medium to large fixed screening projects.

1. Single Power Version & Dual Power Version

SS-J7018 Modular Screening Plant is available in two versions: Single Power and Dual Power.

  • Single Power Version: Requires an external power supply when crushing stones, suitable for job sites with stable electricity.
  • Dual Power Version: More versatile. When a stable power supply is not available, the machine can operate directly with diesel.

2. Engine

  • Standard Configuration: Equipped with a branded engine meeting China National III emission standard.
  • Optional Upgrades: Can be upgraded to China Stage IV, EPA Tier 4, or Euro V engines to comply with local environmental regulations.

Service & Support
