Working Principle

SY‑HP200 Mini Mobile Cone Crusher is a compact, hydraulically powered cone crusher mounted on crawler tracks. It operates on the principle of compression crushing. Material enters the crushing chamber and is squeezed between the fixed outer cone and the moving inner cone (mantle) that gyrates around it. The angle and eccentric rotation create a powerful multi-point pressure that gradually reduces the material to the desired size. Hydraulic systems adjust the discharge gap and provide overload protection: if uncrushable material enters, the crusher automatically opens slightly to allow it to pass before resetting—a design that ensures safety and reduces downtime. The entire unit—crusher, hydraulic systems, and conveyors—is integrated, enabling fast deployment and reliable performance.

The SY‑HP200 is ideal for secondary or tertiary crushing in small- to medium-scale operations. Typical applications include:

  • On-site processing of granite, basalt, and ore for construction aggregates.

  • Situations requiring mobile adaptability, such as road maintenance, remote-site quarrying, and waste recycling, where rapid relocation and minimal setup are essential.
  • Project environments with space constraints or short timelines, benefiting from its compact, self-contained crawler design that eliminates the need for extensive infrastructure.

1. Single Power Version & Dual Power Version

SY-HP200 Mini Mobile Cone Crusher is available in two versions: Single Power and Dual Power.

  • Single Power Version: Requires an external power supply when crushing stones, suitable for job sites with stable electricity.
  • Dual Power Version: More versatile. When a stable power supply is not available, the machine can operate directly with diesel.

2. Engine

  • Standard Configuration: Equipped with a branded engine meeting China National III emission standard.
  • Optional Upgrades: Can be upgraded to China Stage IV, EPA Tier 4, or Euro V engines to comply with local environmental regulations.

Service & Support

  • During operation, if any issue occurs, our engineers will provide remote diagnostic and troubleshooting guidance via video call.
  • If requested, we can also dispatch engineers to the customer’s site for technical support and guidance.
