Working Principle
SY-HP400 Mobile Cone Crusher is a crawler-mounted, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher designed for heavy-duty operations. Powered by a robust 315 kW motor, this crusher drives an eccentric sleeve that imparts a gyrating motion to the movable cone within a stationary bowl. Material fed into the crushing chamber is gradually compressed and sheared as the inner cone approaches and recedes from the outer surface, following the laminated crushing method. This efficient inter-particle crushing action yields cubically shaped, uniform end products while limiting over-crushing.
A hydraulically adjustable discharge setting allows precise control over product size. The system includes automatic overload protection: if uncrushable objects enter, hydraulic cylinders instantaneously release the pressure and allow the obstruction to pass, preventing damage and ensuring continuous operation . With durable steel liners, advanced sealing, and an intelligent PLC control interface, the SY‑HP400 delivers stable and low-maintenance performance.

SY-HP400 Heavy Duty Mobile Cone Crusher is available in two versions: Single Power and Dual Power.
- Single Power Version: Requires an external power supply when crushing stones, suitable for job sites with stable electricity.
- Dual Power Version: More versatile. When a stable power supply is not available, the machine can operate directly with diesel.
2. Engine
- Standard Configuration: Equipped with a branded engine meeting China National III emission standard.
- Optional Upgrades: Can be upgraded to China Stage IV, EPA Tier 4, or Euro V engines to comply with local environmental regulations.
