Working Principle
SF-380D Mobile Impact Crusher is a crawler-mounted mobile impact crusher designed for efficient on-site crushing. At its core is a high-performance impact crusher that operates based on the principle of high-speed rotor impact. Material enters the crushing chamber through a heavy-duty vibrating feeder, where a pre-screening system removes fine materials and impurities before they reach the main crusher, improving efficiency and reducing wear.
Once inside the chamber, the material is struck by the rapidly rotating rotor and repeatedly impacted against adjustable breaker plates. This process crushes the material into smaller particles, which are discharged through the outlet once they meet the required size. The compact design allows for all of this to occur within a single integrated unit, enabling fast deployment and reliable operation on site.
SF-380D Mobile Impact Crusher is equipped with an intelligent control system for real-time monitoring and safety management. It supports a dual-power system (diesel-electric hybrid), allowing for optimized fuel efficiency. The hydraulic-driven crawler undercarriage ensures excellent mobility and terrain adaptability, even on uneven or rugged job sites.
Application
SF-380D Mobile Impact Crusher is suitable for a wide range of medium-hard materials, making it ideal for handling construction and demolition debris such as concrete, asphalt, bricks, and limestone. Key application areas include:
-
Urban Construction Waste Recycling
The unit efficiently processes reinforced concrete, bricks, and rubble generated from demolition projects, converting them into reusable aggregate for infrastructure works. -
Road Maintenance and Asphalt Recycling
It can crush asphalt pavement and old road materials, supporting material reuse and cost reduction on road projects. -
Auxiliary Crushing in Mining Sites
In quarries or mining operations that require temporary or mobile crushing capacity, the SF-380D serves as a versatile and efficient secondary crusher. -
Short-Term or Remote Construction Projects
For job sites with space constraints or limited project durations, the SF-380D offers fast setup and high mobility, providing an efficient solution for temporary crushing needs.
With its compact structure, flexible mobility, and user-friendly operation, the SF-380D can operate as a standalone unit or in combination with screening equipment. It adapts easily to various crushing demands and is an excellent choice for small to medium-sized recycling or construction projects.

FAQ
Q1: Is the SF-380D suitable for construction waste recycling?
A1: Yes, the SF-380D is one of the best choices for construction waste recycling. It is equipped with a built-in iron remover to separate steel rebar from concrete, and the impact crushing principle produces excellent particle shape for recycled aggregates.
Q2: Can the impact crusher produce multiple aggregate sizes at once?
A2: Yes. If you choose the integrated crushing and screening version (SF-380D-S), it can simultaneously produce 2 or 3 different sizes of finished aggregates in a single pass.
Q3: What types of materials are best suited for an impact crusher?
A3: Impact crushers are best suited for medium-hardness materials such as limestone, dolomite, coal, and construction waste. For very hard rocks like granite, we recommend a jaw crusher + cone crusher combination.
Q4: How does the impact crusher handle moisture in the material?
A4: The SF series can handle materials with moderate moisture. However, if the material is extremely wet and sticky, we recommend installing a pre-screening feeder to remove fine, wet particles before they enter the crushing chamber.
